        Rude staff who dont care about providing a good customer experience. Came in to ask if I could drop off a parcel. The woman at the counter was loudly watched a tv show on her phone. She responded saying no, I need to come back Friday. She didnt really seem to care there was a customer asking for help with this, she just carried on watching her TV show and got visibly annoyed every time I had to ask a question because it was interrupting her show. Short answers for everything and the answers she provided were not even correct
