Visited early this morning and despite there only being one other customer in store, I was waiting pretty much 5 minutes to be served. Whilst waiting an employee at the rear of the store saw me waiting but chose to ignore me and continue replenishing the shelves before vanishing into the warehouse. Eventually I was forced to shout out to get someones attention, and they eventually proceeded to amble round to the till. Not so much as a Good Morning or apology for keeping me waiting. Clearly basic customer service is a thing of the past. The management team should be ashamed of themselves and the team they have employed. I don't expect a reply because that would go against the grain of offering good customer service or for this appauling customer service to change because they clearly don't care but I thought I'd let everyone else know what to expect from the poor management and badly trained staff.
