Received brilliant treatment from Allen who is a master of his craft. My back was very stiff and painful and he managed to loosen all the tension. Took a brief history to rule out anything sinister and explains things throughout making it educational too. Excellent communication skills and made me feel comfortable throughout. Would certainly recommend him to anyone with MSK problems!

I came to see Allen in 2018 due to being overweight and needing specialist support due to awaiting an operation for Scoliosis of the spine. I didn't know what to expect from the meeting as I was only looking for a personal trainer but what I got was so much more. It was a fully rounded holistic care package which not only changed the way I ate and the way I took care of myself but I would say that it changed my life for the better. Not only did Allen support me for the months leading up to my operation but he supported me with rehabilitation after the surgery was done and also supported me throughout the global pandemic via zoom meeting. Not only is Allen someone who I completely trust his advice and professional judgement but I would say he has become somewhat of a friend and mentor as well.
