Bright Flair

My company All Video Productions Ltd was looking for an alternative option for cloud storage. We are a commercial video company, which means all of our client's work needs to be stored for editing and then archived once the client's project is complete. We needed a solution that wasn't costing us money every time we needed to back up work in the shape of new external storage space. So we spoke to Bright Flair about storage options. Their solution, Google Drive. We accumulate on average between 30GB and 70GB of video data for every project we do. This is from corporate adverts, music videos or weddings, so we needed an unlimited storage space and Google Drive was it. Our work P.C's needed to be connected, which is exactly what Bright Flair set up for us. With both connected to Google Drive, it means all work done is automatically saved on the PC, updated to Google Drive and then the other P.C will check for any changes with work. So we have the ability to work on the same project, to get it completed faster without waiting for files to download or upload because it's already on Google Drive. Giving us instant access to change or finish video projects. Greg of Bright Flair was easy to work with. He kept me in the loop with everything he was doing to make the work flow easier between P.C's and Google Drive. Any hick-ups we've come across when something hasn't synced right or 'ghosts in the machine' that I don't understand, Greg has been there to help out diagnose the problem and give me a solution to fix it. I've recommended Bright Flair to other video companies I know when they ask about storage. I say "Bright Flair sorted out my problem and gave me a long term solution".

Greg at Bright Flair is a wonderful person and we like working with wonderful people. He's a wonderful person because through his calm and assured approach to solving, our not inconsiderable problems, I am managing to return to happy sleep. We needed our online classroom updating and our server optimised. Greg has improved the speed and efficiency of our system making teaching and learning at our online school (chsonline.org.uk) more fun and effective.
