Read Before Regret (R.B.R) I had a terrible experience with tech company app4. The service was terrible and I had to cancel my contract with them. Not only did I have to deal with their poor service, but I also gave the app to my customers to use for placing orders. However, the service was not reliable and was constantly experiencing delays. To make matters worse, app4 accused me of causing the delays, even though a staff member was actually responsible and was subsequently fired. The job was then given to someone else, adding to the chaos and frustration. Overall, I would not recommend app4 to anyone due to their unreliable service and lack of accountability.

I can't say I've had a bad experience per say, The tech team do their best to help you when you approach them. I'm not very tech savvy, they have taken some strain off me. In other areas though, they are lacking: Over priced on comparison to competitors. No real after care once the sale is complete. The App itself is flawless but,I can't say it's really had any use to know if it can handle real traffic. Mainly because of marketing. What has shocked me into submitting a review though; Managers are aware of my personal limitations. They have always come across as over familiar, however as of late, I've been left alone with it. That hasn't helped matters. A payment their way was overlooked by the bank. Instead of contacting me or sending a polite email. They have stopped services completely. I shall now look into alternative solutions, hopefully with a team who can manage the platform, not just create an interface. It's a shame, really.
