Complete waste of money. On paper it looks like an excellent concept, however, the communication is terrible. After trying to make things work for nearly a year (and being stuck in contract) they still get my email address wrong last month in the newsletter and get my properties mixed up with another company. My customer relations manager has changed 3 times; each one tells me things will improve, but they don't. The designers keep changing and therefore each month I feel I have to start from scratch with explaining what I'm trying to achieve. During January I was supposed to have 3 campaigns, I received the draft of the first one on the 20th Jan (3 weeks into the month - after chasing about 5 times throughout the month). I received the draft for the second one on the 27th Jan (month nearly over!), and didn't (and still haven't) received a third one! Be very careful before signing a contract.

Incredibly poor service and a waste of time and money. If you are considering using brief your market - please don't. The upfront promises are big, but the aftercare and quality of the content is awful. Spelling mistakes, grammatically wrong and rushed. The initial sales pitch is very convincing, however we were then bounced from account manager to account manager, and by the end of 2022 we had had little to no contact in months. We are friends with other estate agents who have also had very poor experiences. If we could take back the time and money we have spent with Brief your market, we would in a heartbeat. AVOID!

Worst company I have ever dealt with. Paid through the nose for a service that NEVER worked - AVOID at all costs!
