Still a pleasant place to visit over all these years. Generic chain menu, but reasonablely priced. Car registration required to be input on entry for parking but still received an 80 Parking Notice from Euro Car Parks. Not best pleased. Thanks to The Broadway for replying to me promptly. I've appealed the Parking Notice and they have offered assistance if my appeal us refused. Can't ask for any more than that.

Went for lunch today and ordered smashed avocado on toast which said 'fresh avocado'. What was served was a pre-mixed guacamole which had a salty spicy taste, and unlike the consistency fresh avocado would have. Would prefer honesty about ingredients as it's a big difference between fresh smashed avocado and a pre-mixed guac. it's not difficult to smash an avocado though I guess the markup isn't as good for the pub. For someone with allergies too, there seemed to be some sort of chilli or pepper in the mix so you couldn't just ask to have the chilli removed (fresh chilli is also sprinkled on top) Ate it as was hungry and didn't have time to complain but would not order this again! My mum loved her Mediterranean salad though
