Initially a great experience about a job offer. Excellent comms to start off with and getting the ball rolling. Chased two different people for application updates and all of a sudden they have gone ghost mode. Not cool. Many days have passed and still nothing from them.

I spoke to Callum at Ford and Stanley who was incredibly helpful organising my interview. I definitely lacked confidence but just having a video call before hand to check and make sure everything was okay made me feel so much better! I've been unsuccessful with other interviews, most likely because of nerves but he completely put me at ease and I honestly don't think I would have got the job without his support. You can tell they genuinely care about the individual and I am immensely thankful to Callum and Ford & Stanley for seriously helping me. I am slowly starting to believe in myself more, and they've genuinely put me with lovely people too who are really helping towards my development. I can't thank them enough.

I have used Ford and Stanley twice so far when moving companies and both times they have been excellent. Very useful interview preparation, advice, and also listened to what I was looking for in my next role. Both times they found me opportunities that were not advertised publicly which were good opportunities for me. Thanks.
