Never pay on time, can never seem to inform anyone of any changes in pay. Have to ring them everytime to find out why Ive been paid late rather than them informing us. Still continued to ring everyday to see if Ive made it too work when I dont even work for them anymore, horrible company to work for really wouldnt recommend

I was the only hiab driver available to do the contract, so whilst my lack of availability meant you lost the contract, you wouldnt have been able to satisfy the contract for a single day if it wasnt for myself. Im sure cutting your nose off to spite your face will pay dividends when demand picks up again.

Have not paid my brother. He worked a shift and was told to leave after 3 hours as there was 'nothing for him to do' so signed out and went home. When he submitted his timesheet the agency told him the employer has not approved the timesheet as it wasn't a 'complete shift' despite working 3 hours and still hasn't paid him for the hours. After challenging the agency as he should be rightfully paid, the agency has flat out ignored him. I wonder if it's because he is seen as young? The agency must pay him despite this as they have a legal obligation to. Would not recommend this agency at all

Not problems. If your time sheet is incorrect or missing data they prompt you to correct too, helping you get paid correctly. Decent agency.

Keep away from this agency they lie about work told me was full time when I turned up for first day for velocity class2 I was told I was doing 1 day as someone was at a funeral and no further work I phoned agency they are full of lies use you so they get paid but I never received any pay that day Keep away
