Recently left the company having decided to hand in my notice due to feeling harrassed by my manager. I was immediatley taken off the tools without any further pay, really poor management having raised a greivance about the situation. Large deduction's from my final salary and not allowed or paid to work my contracted 4 week notice period. Having had my claim listed at tribunal I recieved threats of large court costs from their parent company RTL Group. I held firm and my money was deposited into my account. I would look for another employer.
