Lovely people and managed to get a job offer through Syntax. Initially contacted by Daniel L to talk to me through my CV and sent me some job descriptions through. Really liked the sound of one so they started setting everything up for me. Josh W then started to take over and helped me with my interview etc and was just really thorough. Managed to get an offer and accepted! Not started yet but very excited and cant thank the both of these guys enough. Very grateful for the service received! Many thanks!

We employed Syntax to find a recruit for our first line IT support team, initial recruitment was very slow and no suitable candidates were provided. In due course a candidate was provided who appeared suitable on paper, after being recruited however we had to let him go after 4 days as he did not meet the specifications we were provided. Syntax refused to provide a refund or replacement candidate and stated they were happy he was vetted correctly. I would advise anyone in a similar position to carefully vet the candidates and ignore anything advised by Syntax or look elsewhere as you will not be offered any chance for your money back once you hire the candidate. Very poor experience from a recruitment agency in the IT sector.
