        Called me for registration. Next day I went and no one was there. Waited there for nearly 2 hours after my night shift, tried calling them over the landline no response. Called them different numbers, no response. Sadly they care about you. Also, it's located behind the high street, in a container like building. So you feel like they are dodge and fake. If you getting promises about new role, not very trustworthy to look for new role or job....seek someone professional like BEST CONNECTION, which I did eventually....

        They are so rude and think we are stupid and that they think that they are doing us a favour. I've never been so badly treated this country but this Derby branch needs help, unbelievable I'm not letting this go as she needs help to be a customer service adviser not to be God.
