I went to Alex to help with panic attacks and cannabis addiction. I had been smoking it for over 20 years and I'm sure the panic attacks were due to long term usage catching up with me. They stopping me being able to drive on the dual carriage way amoungst other things which was really impacting on my life. I found Alex online and was impressed with her reviews and the fact that she offers the first appointment for free so you can be certain she is the right therapist for you (most others dont!). When we met on Zoom Alex instantly put me at ease and was non judgmental about my situation. She talks you through why your brain is behaving in a certain way and really brings it all to life. I had 3 sessions to deal with my anxiety and panic attacks then on the 4th session we stopped me smoking cannabis. This was now 6 weeks ago and since then I have been driving my car on the dual carriage and haven't touch any cannabis and can't ever imagine me doing so again. I feel so much better about myself and my life and it's all thanks to Alex. I cannot thank and recommend her enough.

Haven't quite been able to put into words what working through crippling/debilitating anxiety with Alex was like. I had dealt with it for years, just muscling through it as if it would fix itself (it never does). Most people like myself may find it hard or inconvenient to reach out for help, not to mention multiple meetings trying to find the right therapist. Trust me when I say finding and working with Alex was more like a treat, I looked forward to our bi-weekly meetings. I am a better man mentally after working with her. Daily stressers don't go away but I promise, you come out with a different outlook overall without question. 20/10 I recommend Alex and Green Tree Therapy. Cheers!

Before reaching out to Alex I was at my lowest point in life, I was suffering from constant anxiety and mild depression and really thought that this miserable feeling would stay with me forever. My first time meeting Alex I was immediately comforted by her kind and understanding nature, she explained to me here Solution Focused therapy and from then on each session became a wonderful trip of self-improvement. After each session, I would feel relaxed and with a new and positive outlook on life. I can confidently say I feel as if now I am the best version of myself and there is nothing I cant achieve. I'm extremely grateful for all the Alex has done for me, for anyone struggling with mental health issues I could not recommend her more!

I contacted Green Tree for help to conquer my Anxiety and a phobia that I had suffered with for many years. From my first appointment Alex was very professional, and her calming nature put me at ease. Thoroughly explaining the process. I now have better coping strategy for Anxiety and a better knowledge of how to deal with negative thinking and have now dealt with my phobia. Thank you Alex.

Id suffered with anxiety on & off for the past 8 years and tried various different methods to control and get rid of anxieties. Ive tried CBT, therapy and medication and today after finishing my 6 sessions with Alex I can honestly say its the best Ive felt for years! I would highly recommend this kind of therapy to help with anxiety & depression. Its no hippie,someone wave a watch in front of your face kind of thing, its really scientific. I cant believe the NHS isnt using this as a method to help tackle mental health problems in the UK. Alex is brilliant! She really explains to you what your brain is doing and why its doing what its doing to make you feel rubbish. She also explains how the therapy helps the brain and it completely makes sense. Coming out of each session I felt completely relaxed and happy! I looked forward to each session. I cant thank Alex enough for whats shes done for me, and would recommend Alex to anyone who is struggling with mental health issues.
