They enforce extreme unnecessary restrictions on service users causing further emotional and physical distress.
They state that services user care is a priority but fact is, they are just more money in a bed. The more challenging a service user, the more money Cygnet get, no allowing for patient mix at all!
Do not allow your loved one to go here, worst thing that will ever happen to them.
