I rented a house with two friends as students in DE22 and the whole process from the first house viewing to signing the paperwork to moving in and sorting out any little problems was great and problem-free. Ken was always very helpful and professional in what he was doing and the only problem we had was resolved the next day. I highly recommend Ken and Derby Property 4U and would definitely rent again!

I had a wonderful experience with kan. He is a thorough gentleman with highly professional approach. We recently rented a property through him and all the process from choosing a house to moving in had been a really smooth experience. He is highly responsive, helpful and Cooperative person.
