        Overall I had a bad experience with Monkey Vs Owl. There was no communication and whenever we tried to contact them via email or text they would ignore us or try and gaslight us into thinking we didn't send them anything when we had. The property was a mess when we moved in- broken appliances, old vomit on the living room floor and a urine-stained mattress in one of the bedrooms- and it took ages for someone to come out and address the issues even though we let them know about it ASAP. We had to do a lot of the cleaning of old mess ourselves even though we expected to move into a new, clean place. The only saving point of the experience was that- after a lot of stressful negotiation- they let us terminate our contract early as we had to leave the area due to unforseen circumstances. Personally, I wouldn't recommend them.
