I wouldn't recommend this company especially for commercial work. Management don't answer calls if do says they are short staff. The work was done below required standards and its been months now asking to refix the issue. No response. The need to call NO response services

Response Property Services asked for a spending cap for some basic repair works at one of my properties. They attended site and offered no update on the works and then invoiced the full amount of the spending cap, with no breakdown of costs and would not advise hourly rates. They then then quoted for additional work to repair the damage they caused and still offered no breakdown on the original works. I would not use or recommend this company if you are looking for an honest contractor. Wouldn't let me leave no stars!

Cleared guttering and cleaned facias, very reasonably priced.....would highly recommend, thanks guys

Google you need a zero rating. I would strongly recommend that you do not use this company. They have also traded under other names so be careful. I had a patio laid. It was an average job with no stone layer, laid onto clay and leaving a 33 cm step. They were rude and condescending when I asked questions. They are very messy workmen who don't expect to clean up after themselves, when asked to they pressure washed my tarmac drive too vigorously blasting out bitumen. When I did not pay within their 0, yes that's right zero days payment terms, they assumed I was refusing to pay, I was seeking advice on how to sort out the drive, and resorted to threats and intimidation. Interesting the person who gave them a five star review below is one of the directors of the company.
