Just Dropped a parcel off at this post office, the guy behind the counter informed me that the postal workers were on strike and I needed to bring my parcel back Monday, I went online to check and he was lying. I informed him that he was lying, he then grunted and took my parcel. Very poor poor service.

One of the worse customer service! Ive been to this place more than 100 times, not once been greeted by the bald little boss man! He doesnt even say hello back when you say it to him! Hes just so cold, dry and seems so arrogant! Thanks god he isnt a looker! Although, a few times Ive seen expired items on the shelves, I told him and the day after I came back I saw all expired items 2 for 1 by the till!! Lastly, the PostOffice doesnt operate the way it should be! He stops the services and do and dont they way he feels like it!

Shouldn't be allowed to run a post office because they wouldn't even accept my parcel. Told me to come back in a couple of days. I went to a different post office and they were happy to take my parcel.

I do used to collect my parcel there, but now they are not receiving them and at times it says denied access to deliver. Five of my parcels were sent back for some reason, but they advertise as a pickup point. Please if you don't want customers to collect their parcels at your shop stop advertising.
