        Relentless upselling on postage guaranteed (next day, signed for, tracked - no, if I want to spend 7 posting a letter I'll let you know, shouldn't have to negotiate down every time). I avoid this place at all costs even though its my nearest PO. Wouldn't let an older relative go as I'd worry about them getting fleeced
