        Professional work from start to finish. They also serviced my boiler and checked my gas stove and oven. I was very happy with everything. If I ever have a problem, I'll always go back to them, and they'll do my services every year.

        Cool Heat Emergency Plumber and Boiler Repair technician came out and sorted out a big problem left by another plumber,. They came out the next day and did a great job at a fair price. Highly recommended.

        No stars if we could! Think maybe this business does not really exist? Called for emergency plumbing around 1pm to be charged right away 226 and would be here to fix within 2.5 hours. SIX hours later - no show and no call. Rang to be told another 1/2 hour only. TWO hours later NO SHOW and no call. Rang again to cancel and refund. Said ok but had to call my credit card to claim fraudulent charge in any case. Andrew (owner?) didnt seem very concerned. No grovelling apology or explanation. Tried to contact again with no answer. Extremely unprofessional, if not fraudulent behaviour.
