Talk about poor! Stood waiting while those behind the counter stood discussing there family lives and what they watched on telly, while I stand there looking on awaiting to be served. Then I know you need to check that its being charged to the right account but I don't know the work shop postcode, I don't know the actual address of the office! I'm just stood here in a uniform asking for about 10.00 of items due you really think this is a robbery? Would i go back there? Not if you can avoid it, I would avoid it at all cost in the future, try screw fix or somewhere else.
