Such a lovely studio, as soon as you walk in you feel calm and relaxed. I love the whole vibe of the place, class sizes are just the right size not too large. You feel you are getting guidance and a watchful eye over your practice. Yoga classes with Abbie are amazing I always feel motivated after class and feel like its such a positive start to the day. Reformer Pilates is a new practice to me but Im so pleased I gave it a go I cant recommend this wonderful studio enough !!

The perfect place to practice - I have been coming to classes here for over a year and the level of tuition is exceptional - taking time to understand my needs and adapting. This together with a great Studio and great people. Thank you

This place is a little slice of heaven. A great studio space with a wide selection of classes, all delivered by experienced and caring instructors. The bodhi ropes classes are a particular favourite of mine.
