Dire service. I deliberately checked opening hours and if they shut midday for lunch before going to collect a prescription sent through from my GP. I arrived and a staff member said there is no pharmacist in the building so she cant legally give me the prescription. Vague info as to when they might return as apparently theyve gone out to deliver an emergency prescriptionpossibly 30 mins. Why would you send the one person who needs to be at the pharmacy for it to be able to operate at 1.30 in the afternoon? I asked if I could wait in a waiting room as its connected to the doctors. Not my building so I cant help. Useless.

Extremely arrogant and rude woman at the pharmacy shooing me to get a BAR CODE for the medication. It is a patient's Right to have the prescription and not for an ignorant employee to tell the patient to FETCH a bar code. She should be sacked. It is for the patient to check that the Prescription is correctly dispensed, which is impossible with a BAR CODE.

They have always managed to dispense the prescriptions required and have been very helpful on every occasion when I have any questions.

This pharmacy has gone down hill in the last 6 months, you now have to wait 7 days plus for a prescription, and then after the 7 days most of the time it's not ready, My father had to wait 9 days for his last prescription to be ready. My father has a number of illnesses and sometimes can't wait 7 days plus for his tablets or insulin to be ready but all you get from them is " it's not our fault." They show terrible customer service as well with no people skills what so ever, there seems to be enough staff on but they don't seem to be doing a lot with multiple people doing the one job with lines of people queuing up for pick ups but no one to attend to them.
