        Switched from Asda as I thought the service would be better & more efficient; about six weeks later theyd lost one of my meds & then the following week when I called to ask for my prescription (I called at 11:00am) they said pick it up in the afternoon, when I expressed my concerns the lady on the phone said go back to Asda. This was after a lengthy list of issues.

        Worst chemist ever used. Kept me waiting over 5 mins whilst they was chatting. Told me to call back for prescription after 15 mins as was urgent. Gave them 30 mins to make sure and went back. Not even started so had to wait whilst they did it.
