Day Night Pharmacy

As an important place of business ( compared to a shop for example) I have monitored since October last year just how often you open late (7.15-7.20 ISH) and get rudeness when it's mentioned it's been noticed by multiple people,on multiple times for almost 6 months. There are often people, sometimes elderly, waiting in the cold and dark weather for the gent to open 15 minutes late JUST because he can't be professional and desperately needs to visit nearby shop first. You are met with an unprofessional 'tell my boss then' attitude when you point out he is ALWAYS late. A pharmacy is important. One staff member ALWAYS opens on time and is very polite and professional. Shame they have to put up with complaints about the other.

Just drove 27 miles to pick up NHS prescription since this pharmacy was supposed to be opened till midnight - b/s they are closed and my 111 prescription for my 2 week old son went to waste!!! Lazy part timers that lue about their opening hours!!! If they were truthful we could have had prescription sent to a pharmacy that actually was open!!!
