Itv woiuld seem the option of phoning th Pharmacy is not possible and I do not know why they advertise the number

My mum Ordered medication told had to wait till Wednesday so would have to go 5 days without it's sat waiting on the shelf just because they are behind this is bad then to be spoken about by both the lady staff & laughing how rude very unprofessional

The elderly pharmacist is ok but the other lady is extremely rude. They didn't have Beechams and took nearly 5 minutes to say so. The pharmacist told me very rudely "can't you see she's talking to you?", referring to the elderly lady, when I momentarily glanced away as I was feeling utterly miserable from the cold.
