        Asked for a family members prescription to get released as I care for my family member and was told no and to come collect the prescription rudely by the pharmacist was shocked at this and when I rang back as they had cut me off they kept on putting the phone down so I had to ring the surgery to ask them to release the prescription very poor service from a pharmacy. The pharmacist needs to either learn manners when speaking to patients or get sacked.
