        Fantastic help. Unable to get any help for an infection at the doctor I called here. It was very busy but when it was my turn the member of staff listened. A pharmacist then spoke with me, deduced the problem and prescribed medication to solve. Very friendly, helpful and a smile even though under pressure. A follow up telephone call a few days later to check all well. Brilliant service. Thank you. x

        Friendly staff. Usually quick but can't be crowded due to location and proximity to a large housing estates

        Customer Service is poor. Staff behind counters including pharmacists need to be more proactive. Telephone service is appauling - either engaged or perpetually ringing.

        Wait times are absolutely ridiculous. There should be 2 people to help if its particularly busy. Got given the wrong order too, something that Im not even able to administer myself and has to be administered by a doctor
