        I need to collect medicines from this pharmacy i was ringing ringing no one answer the phone for a quite while i even not finish my queries the lady put the phone down not satisfied for this not a professional behaviour

        The staff here are so much more helpful and friendly than most pharmacies, in fact the only other pharmacy I've received such a great level of care in is the other branch of Jhoots in derby! There must be a store policy about treating customers with respect and care. I don't know why that one star reviewer said it's disgusting because it's actually very clean.
