Quite possibly the worst business in the area. Never answer the phone, never have my prescription ready and when I do ask they always launch into the diatribes "have you received a text message to say it's ready" like its my fault they have not prepared a box of pills in 10 days... Each time it's always the same terrible service, late prescriptions that only every materialise when I have to chase them up. The only reason they are in business must be due to being directly connected to the surgery.

Incompetence! Having had a flu jab booked tor 3 weeks. Got an answer phone message the day before asking for me to ring. Tried at least 20 times , no answer Turned up for the jab , they said it was cancelled I said if you had left the message informing me of that it would be fine. Staff couldnt care less , Id taken the morning off work. Attitude of the staff was appalling. Will never use them again

Went in to get an over the counter medicine available at any supermarket. I was asked embarrassing questions (with a whole queue listening) as to why I wanted it and was it approved by my doctor? Wasting everyones time. This pharmacy need to review theircustomer service urgently. Supermarket for me if I need any supermarket available items in future.
