First visit with our 6 month old Maltese. No easy task but we were very impressed with the care and cut achieved. Hopefully next visit won't be as stressful for either party highly recommend Happy paws

I booked my dog in for a full groom with Vanessa. I made it clear at the beginning of our communications that he is very anxious around other dogs and must be groomed alone. When we arrived, I phoned to double check that there were no other dogs around and Vanessa assured me that there were not. We entered the outbuilding and immediately realised that there was another dog in there which really stressed our dog out. She ushered our dog outside and proceeded to tell us that he's too big anyway and she won't be able to lift him, despite me telling her beforehand that he weighs 26kg. We ended up leaving with a very stressed dog and feeling disappointed that we'd had a wasted trip. We feel the entire experience was very unprofessional and communications were extremely poor.
