Called and he answered the phone, was told to go email a photo. Told me 180 but said he couldnt see what bug it was. I questioned politely how hed got to that price just so I understood what I was paying for and said as Id noticed the pricing on his website page was different. My price was way over the pricing list so wanted an explanation, in particular with him not know what he was dealing with from the photo as he couldnt see clear enough he said, I felt it was strange. After Id asked for an explanation politely so I understood, he never responded and ignored my email. Pretty disappointed in the service and dont recommend. Very unprofessional. The other company I went with went above and beyond to help me thankfully. Service: Bug & insect extermination

Craig came out when promised and treated the bee's nest where extraction was not possible (we spoke to a beekeeper first). The bees went quiet and we thought they had been dealt with but they seemed to come back a few weeks later. I contacted Craig again and he came straight back out and delivered another treatment. Whilst here he also kindly dealt with a couple of wasp nests he spotted elsewhere. Would both recommend and use again!

Dissatisfied with the price of this service! It was extremely expensive for a 2 minute job. I was told that if he couldnt see the wasps nest he would have to use a stronger chemical which naturally will cost more. However, the nest outside my house was clearly visible and so, I was expecting the service to cost half of what it did cost. My neighbour reported seeing him put a couple of pumps of chemical into the visible hole and after 2 minutes he sat in his van and wrote me an invoice. This was confirmed when we watched him back on the cctv. After questioning him he was was very rude and abrupt. Although he treated it quickly it was definitely not worth the price or the lack of decent customer service. This guy is in it for the money and the money only! Hire someone who is cheaper and has better customer skills. Service: Hornet & wasp extermination
