        I've been training with Milan at Achieve Fitness Studio for a number of months now and I am so pleased with my results. I am down from a size 16 to a comfortable size 12 and I could not have done it without the support and guidence from Milan. Milan is professional friendly and she really listens to understand you. She provides PT sessions and also gives you guidence on food so it's brilliant as the two go hand in hand. I would recommend her and gym 100%.

Dale is very easy to talk to, he definitely provides the knowledge and support required to reach any achievable goals. This place provides a great atmosphere and great results, what more is needed
