Paul is an absolutely star, he has helped me finally get motivated and STAY motivated, the thing I love about this place is there is no guilt tripping, Paul is so motivating and supportive he has really helped me get through the dark days where I could have given up. I know he's always at the end of the phone and will send a text to spur me on and remind me that I can do it. He has built my confidence and I feel on top of the world.
