I did a transformation course with Jared recently and it really did wonders for me! Jared is very patient and extremely knowledgeable in what he does. I have never been able to stick at something like this but his encouragement got me through and I was benefiting from the results very quickly, both physically and mentally. Really gave me the kickstart I needed and Jared is the reason for this so thank you
