        Dreadful experience three staff initially dealing with customers and then all of a sudden there was two of them with the third one (just out of view) chatting to each other and joking around. The shop was full of people waiting to be served. It was totally unprofessional where is the customer service? You don't allow people just sit there wondering what was going on. It transpired the two girls were going through training which is no excuse. they should ensure that everyone knew there would be a substantial wait. I was there for well over 20 mins by which time I got fed up of waiting and left the store; they won't get my business I went elsewhere!!

        Love the team here.. Molly and Kelly served me.. always very polite.. professional and a pleasure to deal with... .my goods handled with care and respected highly.. I feel my property is very safe and secure.. I cannot recommend H and T highly enough. Funeral covered and stress eased in transition... at emotional time... Very caring and personable staff... Love you all.. Jacs x
