Riverside Medical Packaging Company Ltd.

I began work at Riverside medical packaging Monday, 23rd of January, through BEST CONNECTION AGENCY a very nice agency Chris and Joe followed up how staff were doing since working for Riverside medical packaging. The staff at Riverside are lovely; supervisors Eileen, Laura, Jodie, Christina, and Laga are all friendly and patient in teaching us the job. However, from Monday 06/02/2023, this older polish woman(permanent staff) has been picking on all of us new at work (she probably hates agency staff), blaming new workers in the clean room for being disruptive and slow when we barely talk except on how keep up with speed and ask explanation when we filled paperwork related to the job we were doing. Today 09/02/23, some of us were fired, not that I care. However, Riverside company tried hard to blame Best Connection Agency for not passing on the message that we were sacked yesterday as we came to work today as usual (wasting our money on fuel and bus fares). I know ALL THESE LIES about new workers being too slow and disruptive are probably because now THE BIG ORDER has been completed, and there is no longer the need for agency staff service. That is why this company keeps recruiting people all year round and does not have the decency to tell the agency staff they do not need their services and make up lies about agency staff being incapable of keeping up with the job. Such lies can impact people who have low self-esteem. Thankfully for me, I am the contrary and know my worth. People keep away from this company because once their orders are completed, they will ensure that you are out of the door.

Had a fantastical 1st week at Riverside. Staff so friendly and helpful, even when I had to ask for help or stop the machine to catch up. Thank Allien, not very good at remember names so many more, anyone who worked with me this week thanks, for all your support. Can't wait till Monday and next challenges, everyday different loving it.
