The staff are very approachable and helpful, do not try and give you the hard sell and actually care about finding the right product for you and are not just out to get you to spend as much money as possible.
As for their items, whilst you might be able to find cheaper, I doubt that they will be anywhere near the quality of the Mountain Warehouse products.
