Amazing kids outdoor kit! Weve had down suits/jackets to keep them toasty warm in winter, and the adventure range of suits/dungarees which are super waterproof - great for kids that just love being in the outdoors! So nice to find a brand of quality kids outdoor clothes as I think the trick to keeping them happy is to keep them warm and dry!

We've got a few pieces of Spotty Otter clothing for our little man and they are great quality. They have kept him warm and dry on the rainiest of days and even when he's decided he fancies sitting in a puddle!! The fabric shows no signs of wear and tear after his adventures crawling and toddling about in them. They are also generously sized so he'll get more wear out of them than most of his clothes. Even then I'm sure they'll be in perfect condition to pass onto another little adventurer as they wash and clean very easily. A great investment! :)

My daughter has been wearing the forest ranger jacket and dungarees all year in all weathers. They are absolutely brilliant for messing around outside. Even just for keeping dry in summer over a t-shirt when sitting in mud or on wet stones. We also love the down range, we use the down dungarees and booties instead of a sleeping bag when camping as she doesn't wriggle out of them! They're brilliant for cold weather when she's being carried as well.

I recently purchased some wellies for my son at Spotty Otter and unfortunately after 6 weeks the drawstring broke. I informed the company of what had happened, and I received the BEST customer service EVER!!! My email was answered in less than 30 minutes and I was immediately offered a new pair of wellies with a slightly different design and encouraged to keep my current pair as a spare. No quibbles, no indepth investigation and simply no hassle. I was sent a very personable email reply, which wasn't generic and a copy and paste situation, Sarah the lady I dealt with, actually took the time to write to me, as an individual, which I really appreciated. The replacement wellies were dispatched within the hour. This sort of exceptional customer service is extremely rare and I had to share a review to any new customers looking to make a purchase with Spotty Otter. DO IT!! You won't be disappointed.
