They are sending appointment letters out using washed stamps, ie ones that have been used before and cleaned. I had to pay 2:50 to get a letter from the Royal Mail posted by this company. I contacted them and the receptionist confirmed they had had a few people say this has happened to them. Still no call from them and no refund.
