        I have a number of injuries and ailments from martial arts, fitness training and injuries from my time in the police. Al is a friendly, knowledgeable and highly effective practitioner. He has managed to fix long standing conditions. His knowledge of the anatomy, stretching and strengthening to allow rehabilitation is second to none. A true gent and professional I would highly recommend him.
