        Fabulous service, eye test was thorough and staff were all polite and friendly. I would recommend Boots to everyone.

        Booked an eye test and got a call from boots on the day saying they dont have staff to do the test. I asked to change the appointment and said ok but didnt get the confirmation and try to call them ever since but no one answer the phone.

        Had an eye test done here and ordered a pair of glasses (not through Boots). As soon as I put them on I felt the prescription wasn't right. I went back to Boots with my concerns, thinking they might do another test to make sure, but I didn't get anywhere and they weren't helpful at all. I ended up going to Vision Express for another eye test which came out with a different prescription and the glasses I have now are perfect. Wouldn't go back to Boots.

        Both myself and husband had eye test at boots derby 27 July found the lady who did eye test very rude and made me feel very uncomfortable will not be returning again
