        The podium at the front door needs removing. It looks nice but it hinders wheelchair access.

        Had a good experience at this opticians. The staff were friendly. But I did have to go back for a simple test that, I thought, could have been done on the day.

        Wow, wow, wow! Ive always gone to the Intu Derby branch before visiting this store After breaking my only pair of glasses. The difference in service stood out a mile. The service was professional and amazingly thorough. The optician Pratish was amazing and is a credit to the store in my opinion!!! He explained so much to me and made me feel at ease. He explained my prescription and gave me such a detailed and thorough eye test. I feel my experience was worth every penny and I will now come to this store for the foreseeable. Thank you Oakwood Specsavers!
