Specs Opticians

I have been using Specs since the age of 13 (1983) when I was struggling to see the maths equations on the white board at school. What I like about Specs is that they can repair and supply new glasses on the same day instead of waiting 1-2 weeks like the big brand name opticians. Even if your particular lenses are not in stock they can be delivered by courier the next day. Do not worry about parking either as you can get a free parking permit that allows you to park in the adjacent Hartington Street or Melbourne Street. Specs can also test your eyes so everything can be done in one visit. Very friendly service with affordable prices with no pressure selling. Please try this local optician. I recommend.

Excellent, friendly, helpful service. A rare thing these days. I can't praise the staff at specs highly enough. I thoroughly recommend them to family and friends.

Very friendly when I first went in to enquire whether my glasses could be repaired, and left them at Specs, along with a contact number. After 3 weeks I'd still not heard from them. When I did eventually speak to someone they weren't able to do the repair and had lost my phone number. They then had to post my broken glasses back to me.
