Today I took my 82 year old mother for an eye test and I can honestly say that we were treated absolutely lovely the care and compassion shown the whole time we were there by Rachel , Nish and Annie was absolutely second to none .they couldnt do enough for us from helping my mother from her wheelchair to have her eye test to the absolutely professional and caring way we were dealt with from start to finish .happy mother happy life .thank you so much for everything

If your planning on taking children to this optician I really wouldn't both,,er , twice my sons appointment has been cancelled 20 minutes before the appointment due to the fact they only seem to have one optician that can see children and she always seems to be off

Bad service. They don't pick up the phone. I had an appointment and I wanted to confirm the time had been ringing for days,no answer. Poor service!

After many a year on the Spec savers treadmill I wasn't expecting the outstanding customer service I have recently received at Spondon Asda opticians! From making the first appointment I have felt truly valued and cared for, such a lovely experience to find warmth and honesty in this day and age, of robotic customer service staff! 10 out of 10
