Rose Nail

Very unprofessional staff who wouldnt listen and made me uncomfortable. The nails themselves point up making them ugly plus that horrible shape! They are also talking there each other in chinese about customers sitting next to them! (lady in the right corner) I will never come back and I didnt recommend. I prefer to spend that 40 for professional lady. I think people which cant talk english and they are not enjoying them job and people here, should go back to them country

The staff at rose nail are ignorant and rude. I asked for a certain design and i was polite about it, they gave me the wrong nail shape, the colours was not right and the pattern wasnt either. Therefore this shouldnt be a business as it does not deliver costumers standards and they are not respectful towards customers. They charge 40 and don't give any good services to run a nail business. After spending my teenage years switching from one nail salon to the next due to dissatisfaction of quality and customer service, I have been a weekly customer at Rose Nails for, well since I can remember!! I am an extremely particular individual, who is picky and a perfectionist. I am that annoying customer ha! But Rannie and her team are angels, who actually listen to what your nail vision is! I can walk in with any design Ive seen on Instagram or Pinterest and its absolutely no trouble at all. I highly recommend this place for nails. So much so, when I moved to central London for a couple of years, I drove up to Derby every other weekend just to get my nails done from the salon. Thank you for always blessing me with the best nails, good conversation and making me feel comfortable.
