Called in yesterday . Great welcome cuppa coffee . Staff are immaculate. Just before I left spoke to a guy with a small concern on my suspension . He took the time to explain and show me on a bike in the store then after after a full explanation set mine up explaining as he went .. brilliant service and a great love of bikes . I just lurrrrv the team at Derby Kawasaki, they're all absolutely awsome, friendly, welcoming, professional, very down to earth. Derby kawasaki have had, & continue to have my complete trust & respect, from day one when I came across them about eight years ago. They certainly all know their stuff, & give the best advice & reassurance. Never had any issues with them. I have 2 bikes from Derby Kawasaki and they always do a great job & proper job on my bikes whenever I take them into them. I very highly recommend Derby Kawasaki & can't praise & thank them enough. Bought my new ninja from here sales staff and mechanics were brilliant answered all questions provided a top service polite decent and courteous staff deffinatly go back when I upgrade unless I get a triumph ha ha

Just purchased a 2016 Z800 from Derby Kawasaki, an absolute pleasure to deal with! So welcoming, open and honest with all questions, definitely felt well looked after throughout the process. I am so pleased with my bike, rode it back to Bristol with 100% confidence that the bike was in excellent working order. It was spotless when I picked it up. Wish you guys were in Bristol!
