Despite the sale not going quite to plan initially (through no fault of Sagitta), Mike kept me informed and got me a deal I was really happy with. Really pleased with the car I bought too. Recently purchased a lovely Mercedes A200 from the gents at Sagitta. From initial contact, to viewing, to handover - all flawless. Both Mike and Gerry went out of their way to accommodate my viewing times and handover day (and even both turned down a birds sausage cob on my way in!) Some very small niggly issues with the vehicle were dealt with professionally and easily by Mike, and at my convenience without me having to go out the way or be without a vehicle. Bought a Jaguar F-Type without visiting the premises and could not be more delighted. Gerry was a pleasure to deal with, confirming when payments were received, and arranging delivery. This company is amazing, the customer service is absolutely brilliant, always want to help whenever any issues arise. 8 months down the line after my car and they are still willing to help with any issues, I would recommend these to anyone looking for a car, gerry especially has been amazing and true pleasure to deal with
