PFL Mortgages were fantastic from start to finish. Professional, timely and really helped me. In the first meeting they really listened to my needs and were quickly able to begin the process of finding me a mortgage. despite me having to change properties and deposit amounts throughout the process, they were able to effectively liaise with the mortgage lender to find me the best mortgage with the best interest rate available. I can't recommend them enough and will go back when my fixed rate is due to expire to get the best deal again.

I highly recommend PFL mortgages. Weve used them for mortgage brokerage and life insurance and the process was so easy for both. Charles and Dawn are great to work with, Charles had calls with us at times that suited our young family and always made time to answer all of our questions (however silly they may have been !) What could have been a stressful process (especially in current turbulent times) was made simple and easy. Charles got us a great (and flexible) deal whilst Dawn followed everything through to completion, doing a lot of chasing on our behalf. Wouldnt hesitate to use again and would recommend to anyone - thanks guys

As first time buyers my partner and i are very happy we was referred to PFL mortgages. Charles was very supportive when arranging our mortgage and looking for the best option for us. The communication was amazing from Charles and he would call at the times that suited my partner and I best so we could both be included in the discussions. Once the mortgage was arranged he proceeded to help us with Life insurance which he was very clear about the options available and ensured my partner and I was comfortable and well informed to make our decision. After the mortgage PFL mortgages also referred us to a solicitors which was super helpful as well. Dawn from PFL mortgages also assisted with chasing up the solicitors and kept us well informed on any updates on our behalf. Dawn also referred us to arrange our home and contents insurance which was well organised and arranged with ease. My partner and I are VERY happy with our experience with this company and will be using them again in the future for any mortgage or insurance requirements. Thank you.
