Really poor service! Worst experience ever! I dealt with them after a google search in which they appeared as being specialist for contractors. After a first call with them, they asked few documents. Ive sent everything over and no one contacted me for about 2 weeks . Ive chased them serveral times without any reply! Its absolutely ridiculous.

Best service I ever had. Professional, Quick Response, 100% trusted. Had a very bad luck with mortgages due to adverse credits, We were about to give up but finally contacted Tom Woodall and he was absolutely brilliant and gave us ATP within 3 days. Because of Tom & Megan we are proud home owners now. 100% recommended..

I cannot recommend Option finance enough! Cassie was absolutely fantastic all the way through. After previously speaking to a different mortgage advisor we were told we wouldnt be able to get a mortgage without 3 years accounts, however cassie was able to secure us a mortgage in principle with just 3 months CIS payslips within a day! And we have received our mortgage offer for our first home within 3days. Cassie was so quick to answer any queries we had and was very knowledgeable about every aspect of buying a house. We cannot thank Cassie enough for all her help, we really appreciate everything she has done. We would recommend Option finance to anyone, especially if you are self employed and struggling to get a mortgage.
